What jobs does Poolia have to offer?

Every year at Poolia we undertake thousands of permanent placement and temporary staffing assignments for our clients, who are both private companies and organisations within the public sector. In other words, there is a big chance that you will find your next dream job here with us.

You will find two kinds of jobs here on our website. Firstly, we advertise vacancies at our client companies, in which we at Poolia take care of the permanent placement process on behalf of the client, but you are employed by the client company.

Secondly, we advertise temporary assignments. Here too you will be working at one of our client companies, but in this case as a hired temp for shorter or longer periods of time.

Poolia has defined its niche as jobs for qualified professionals. This means that you will primarily find positions in the fields of Finance & Accounting, Banking, Property, Office Support, HR and Sales & Marketing in our job adverts. Honesty counts

Charlotte Ahnberg was sitting on a sun lounger in Crete when she received a call from Poolia about a job interview as a Finance Manager at the computer games company Game.

"When I first read the advert I knew nothing about Game. But I went onto the website and also got a copy of their annual report to find out about the company."

At the interview, Charlotte was asked a lot of questions about what she had done previously and about the kind of person she is. Charlotte has attended plenty of job interviews and knows that it's best to be honest.

"You have to try to be yourself".

After the interview, Charlotte was one of the three candidates chosen to proceed and meet the company. Instantly, Charlotte knew that Game was a company where she could be valued. She met the MD and the rest of the workforce, and was made to feel welcome immediately.

Charlotte believes that it is easier to find a job via a recruitment company than applying directly to the company.
